Services supply conditions

All prices indicated refer to the period between Saturday 10 a.m. and next Saturday 10 a.m. and include :
- 5.5% VAT
- all energy consumption
- firewood
- all included services

Security deposit : 10% of the amount of the rent (all taxes included) to pay 15 days before the beginning of the rent and will be returned within 7 days after the end of the rent.

Settlement

Booking will be definitive only after :
- rent contract signature
- payment of a deposit of 50% of the rent total amount (all taxes included)
- payment of the total amount of the rent and the security deposit paid 15 days before the beginning of the rent.

Exceptional conditions

These price rates can be seen revised according to certain wished optional services.
